Positive Vibes Only Featured by Pop Philanthropy

We’re excited to share that Positive Vibes Only and founder RJ Griffith were recently featured by Pop Philanthropy, a publication highlighting philanthropy, generosity and social impact.

The article, “RJ Griffith Keeps Back-to-School Giving Going After Severe Storms Leave Communities in the Dark,” highlights Positive Vibes Only’s continued commitment to supporting children and families throughout Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana.

The feature spotlights our annual back-to-school efforts, including our partnership with the McConathy Public Library District for its Back to School Bash, where families received free backpacks, school supplies, food and activities. It also shares how PVO continued serving the community after severe storms and widespread power outages disrupted plans across the area.

When longtime PVO partner East Chicago Church found itself without power, volunteers came together to provide free meals and a place for residents to gather and charge their devices. Positive Vibes Only was proud to join the effort, providing backpacks and school supplies to children preparing for the new school year.
